It simply means freedom to speak or convey our thoughts and feelings in whichever format works for us. Sometimes it is an action such as a form of exercise or dance. Perhaps music, art or a hobby that helps you to release pent up feelings eventually making you feel good and bring peace.

Sometimes all we need is to be heard. We want someone to hear us objectively, without any judgment or preaching attached. We need to be able to talk candidly about our insecurities, fears and struggles. We need a space of safety and empathy, to even hear our thoughts, as jumbled as they maybe.

As we pour our hearts out to an empathetic ear, it is the beginning of acceptance of where we stand. All we need now is some help to regain the balance to be FREE of what ails us. Our trained professionals are all qualified and are available to help you end the trials of the mind. Reach out to us now.

DEPRESSION

Depression is different from usual mood fluctuations and short-lived emotional responses to everyday challenges. Especially when long-lasting and with moderate or severe intensity, depression may become a serious health condition.

ANXIETY

Anxiety is a normal and often healthy emotion. It is a response to an unknown threat. Anxiety is caused by a possibility of something unpleasant happening, unlike fear, which is a response to a definite threat.

STRESS

Stress occurs when you perceive that you do not have the resources to cope with unexpected changes. For example, being fired from a job can cause stress when one does not know how to deal with external demands.

GRIEF

Grief is a kind of sorrow experienced because of loss of anyone or anything that one is significantly connected to emotionally. The mourning process can be confusing and you may feel that your life will never be the same.

FEAR

Fear is a normal response to a situation that can physically or mentally harm us and is carried in humans through generations to protect us. The problem arises when such fears are so intense that they limit our functioning.

  • Mental issues have been increasing across the world even before the pandemic. COVID-19 has disrupted mental health services in 93% of countries.
  • Research shows that, 1 in 7 people in India suffer from Mental Health issues ranging from insomnia & anxiety disorders to clinical depression.
  • Recent times have managed to put people in the same space physically but seeking emotional support outside the familial boundaries. The drawback here is, “not knowing who to call/reach out to”.
